Mid – tier Private Bank
Following the resignation of the head of operations, we provided an experienced professional to manage the team while a permanent replacement was being found. This assignment lasted three months and included a hand over period with the new head of operations.

Global Wealth Manager
The firm had made a decision to form a new supplier management unit to oversee suppliers across their global business units. They made an internal appointment to head up the unit and needed an interim manager to set the framework up in advance of the person moving from their existing job to the new role. We provided an interim manager for three months to design the framework for the new unit and to hand over to the new head of supplier management.
